Sen. Dianne Feinstein has accused Republicans of not doing enough to investigate the allegations of sexual abuse against Kavanaugh made by Christine Ford … that she herself sat on for two months.

Kennedy but before Trump announced his name publicly. A registered Democrat who has made small contributions to political organizations, she contacted her congresswoman, Democrat Anna G. Eshoo, around the same time. In late July, she sent a letter via Eshoo’s office to Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California, the ranking Democrat on the Judiciary Committee.

Feinstein is harmless compared to Kevin DeLeon.

Good point, although Feinstein had the responsibility to notify the rest of the committee in a timely manner and the media didn’t. Obviously, the media is better at keeping a secret than nearly everyone in DC is.
Feinstein has something DeLeon doesn’t. Seniority. Get rid of her.
But then maybe she’ll die and Governor Cox can appoint her replacement.
