For clarity: Q is telling us Sessions sent two Supreme
Court justices a letter that contained the following:
1.Notification that he's about to unrecuse
2.Why he believes he's allowed to unrecuse
3.Asking them for their opinions and feedback
They gave him the all clear.

Suspicions is that Sessions will try and unrecuse himself then tell the DOJ to ignore Trumps declassify order and is seeing if he can do so without it being a constitutional shit storm which it would be.

Single Justices can issue orders, injunctions, stays, etc. It happens all the time.

Yes, I’m of a mind that is way beyond what it should have taken for Sessions to come forward.
Still, Trump only declassified the documents now. He could have done that earlier also.
Perhaps the documents being declassified is the signal that all hell is about to break loose.

Yes, it is so. All of your examples involve actual cases and controversies pending in the Federal Court system and the Justice is acting consistent with established Federal Rules. And the Justice’s order is a public record.
