The Danger of "Q" - Several Reasons

Why is QAnon a danger to the Trump Presidency? Here are six well-reasoned points, provided by the meme blogger known as Carpe Donktum ...

1. With introduction of the Secret Plan and the "Kabuki Theater" that is required to believe in the plan, Q has placed himself in a position to "interpret" Trump. This undermines the power of the President's words and allows Q to change the message.

2. The net effect of "The plan" is a calming effect on MAGA people who SHOULD BE mad as hell about the lack of support the President is getting from his AG. It also numbs many to legitimate danger that the Mueller Investigation poses, especially if November goes poorly for MAGA

3. Q at it's very core lies about who he/it is, we do not know or understand the motives for this lie. Therefore we cannot predict how the lie could evolve and where the liar at the center of it might lead his followers.

4. Q has red pilled many about certain information that was already known to many of us. That's good. What is not good however is the rampant and reckless conspiracy theories that have been spawned after people with a little bit of knowledge but not much judgement, run with it.

5. Q has brought out the very worst in some it's followers, prompting them to attack any non-believers viciously. It has fed paranoia that many people that have played a vital role in maga have been deep state plants, simply because they do not believe Q is real.

6. Q has given hope to those who do not yet deserve it. Q says, trust the plan, watch the show, it's all taken care of. There is no hope without hard work and sacrifice. We need every single person to be on the front line fighting, not sitting back waiting for a savior.

Agreed. The insidiousness of some particular posters tells me more about them, than Q. What are they afraid of?

This is the reason many have left Free Republic and the balkanization of threads. Remember the Trump daily thread? Who can forget how some of the same posters here were the most ravenous anti-Trumpers during the election?

I came to the conclusion that many are "controlled opposition" to drive people away from FR. They are an identifiable handful.

Some ZOTs would go a long way to restoring civility.

I read the article and it’s written by a third person who thinks Q is getting in Trump’s way. Only Trump knows who is in Trump’s way. And if Q were in his way, I think he’d say so. I don’t deny Q, I just don’t follow Q. And nothing I read coming from Trump suggests to me that he follows Q, either.

There are reasons why Trump can’t come right out and say that he is involved with Q. Q is not a game. It is part of a strategy. Part of a much bigger plan. Trump has however gone out of his way to prove that he is linked with Q. But you have to be looking to find those links. A major one is the Easter egg roll speech that I posted a link to a few posts back. I like that one because it is so easy to understand. But there are many others of different sorts. When you add all the proofs up; then together they defy the laws of probability on coincidences.

Again lets assume that Q is Trump or a Trump insider is communicating classified or at least “privileged” information from WH activities, etc.

Why isn’t CNN or any of the other 3 letter networks (well MSNBC is 4!) jumping on that like a big dog? That’s an easier path to impeachment then this “Russian Collusion” horseshit. Even if the Q stuff isn’t really “classified or privileged”. It certainly could be twisted to make him look unstable or crazy. This doesn’t even make their radar screen. In their minds its not worth anything. Are the reasons they don’t do it the following? They can’t crack Free Republic security? They can’t sneak on someone to be a member to copy the drops? (Yes you can get the drops from elsewhere!) Maybe Jim’s vetting keeps them off? Funny I don’t remember filling out a Sf86 to get on FR! I guess the answer is they are just dumb.

Why isn’t Mueller going after this? If there was an security issue in question here. Even the hint of one and it could get Trump, you know Mueller would be on it. Mueller has the resources to step in and get it and for spite shut FR down. Even if its no more then Trump cheerleading Mueller could twist it into something possibly “impeachable”. He hasn’t done it. Why? Its because he doesn’t think its worth his while that’s why. Its no secret its in the public eye now. I guess the answer is Mueller is just too dumb.

Trump is not irresponsible! What I see a very savvy formidable operator. Far too up on the “great game” to engage in childishness and risk his presidency.
