K&S is a big time firm that reps the big medical device companies when they go up against the FDA. It wouldn’t surprise me if there is a backroom agreement for them to be the “repair” team for the FDA shakedown.
They’ve been making a lot of big money since about 2002-4 when the FDA increased agents 3-4 times what they had before. Warning letters, Consent Decrees, etc went off like a rocket launch against all the major players in the industry and K&S was there to “help guide” the companies through it.
I’m sure they are into all the big K-street and compliance legal plays.
Well here we go. The mere THREAT by Trump and Q to “declas” has the roaches scurrying andawyering up. Evidence of acknowledgement of vulnerability.
King & spalding is the power law firm in Atlanta. If sally is part of the Yates clan in Atlanta, then about as old Atlanta money as you can get.
Likely connected to the bronfman family, at least socially.
