On the topic of water...
There is discussion floating (no pun intended) around out there that the Cabal is attempting to essentially corner the market on water. The thinking is that because it’s essential, they are methodically draining or destroying water sources except for the ones they control.
I don’t know how serious or legit this is, but based on what I’ve learned about the DS/Cabal, it sounds plausible.
