Waiting for the pit bull lovers to weigh in on this. How can blame be pinned on anything here? Waiting......
I dont know that there are lessons to be learned or not,
I can think of one. It’s really not that difficult.
Pit bull morons. Maryland is full of them for some strange reason. Sorry it led to another death.
“LeClair said. I dont know that there are lessons to be learned or not,”
Think real hard...
FYI:
This was discussed here on FreeRepublic just last night, via poster named Norski.
You know Aesop actually talks about this...
So sad! The dog must have badly abused before he had been adopted.
Play with fire you get burnt.
This story is remarkably similar to the stories of pro-immigrant activists who have seen their close relationships with illegals go badly. Coincidence?
I found a pit bull in my yard a few weeks ago. He was friendly but a bit wild. He playfully left some bite marks on my arm and his jaws were big enough to encircle my forearm. The strength of his jaws freaked me out a little bit. I would have hated to have gotten him angry. I managed to find his owner and was happy to get him out of my hair.
The garbage breed strikes again. Sad.
Work in your own cities and towns for PB bans.
The guys on the NJ talk station were talking about this yesterday. The one fellow said that pit bulls make up about 7% of the dog population (in the US, I suppose), yet they are responsible for 75% of fatal dog attacks. Which was kind of astounding, if true, who can be sure anymore about these kinds of stats.
