Among the more attention-grabbing findings: More than one in four people have deleted the Facebook app from their phones, a figure that gets a lot higher when you focus just on 18- to 29-year-olds (44 percent of whom say they’ve done so). All told, 74 percent of Facebook users, according to the Pew data, say they’ve taken one of the following actions in the past year.

Users can still access FB via their phone browsers, they simply deleted the FB app.

I deleted the Facebook app from all my devices, because I don’t like the way it functions. But I still use Facebook by going to facebook.com. So the premise of this article, that people quit using Facebook, is pretty much false. I promote conservative articles and have many conservative fb friends.

I have an 18 year old grand daughter. She doesn’t use FB and hasn’t in years. She uses Snapchat, Instagram, and Twitter. I’d say most of the ones who don’t use it is because now they view it as an old fogey platform and have moved on.
