Why is this spoken of as “child abuse” in general terms, but seldom mentioned that homosexual men are the predstors?

He really considers victims to he a pack of wild animals? Isn’t that a better description of the priests who prey on boys and young men?

I'm assuming the victims are kept anonymous so could be girls or boys and just summarized as children maybe? Although I'm sure they mostly target young boys.

By blaming “pedophiles,” and insisting that homosexuality and pedophilia are separate and unrelated things, they are able to sell the lie that homosexuals are not the problem.

Every time you see someone calling this a “pedophile priest” problem, that person is trying to hide the truth about homosexuals.

Actually--- for the sake of accuracy ---Pope Francis did not compare abused children to a pack of wild dogs; he compared his own accusers (like Abp Vigano and his allies) to a pack of wild dogs.

Also, Francis didn't say Jesus was chased out of town by wild dogs; He was chased out of town by the congregation of the synagogue at Nazareth, where they turned against Him after He preached there. Francis says these Nazareth people were "like" a pack of wild dogs.

Pope Francis is not justified at all to make this comparison: instead of simply answering Vigano's accusation with facts or evidence, he insults him. But this author, Jay Greenberg, was sloppy and didn't get the facts right.
