The Corona you’re speaking of was the code name for a bunch old spy satellites. The Corona in the article the type of spy satellite constellation. For instance SNOW WHITE 3; the number 3 bird in the SW system is down, etc...etc... Same goes for Corona 1, 4, 8 and 16. Corona in this case is not referring to those early satellites, in this case it just describes one of the many networks of spy satellites each one has different capabilities.
