UCMJ specifies that the sentence will begin on the thirtieth day after judgement has been given. But day one is the day after the judgement is rendered. So Q is right. No Name received the full thirty days before he was executed.
This leads me to believe that he was UCMJ’d and got the death penalty for treason.He thought that his hero stature would make him untouchable.
That is very interesting. That’s the first theory about no name I’ve heard that makes as much or more sense than my theory that he’s not dead yet.
