UCMJ specifies that the sentence will begin on the thirtieth day after judgement has been given. But day one is the day after the judgement is rendered. So Q is right. No Name received the full thirty days before he was executed.
This leads me to believe that he was UCMJ’d and got the death penalty for treason.He thought that his hero stature would make him untouchable.

Buffaloguy, I have been puzzled by the exact time of his death being reported and can only think about prisoners who have been on death row and subseQuently executed, whose time of death must be called in accordance with procedures - similar to same in a hospital when a patient dies.

So, clearly he was executed for treason and in accordance with the time frame you outlined in your comment. The announcement of his stopping treatment for his “cancer” is another curious piece as seldom do people die the very next day when they stop treatment.

So, his death/execution/lethal injection is a huge BOOM and should put absolute terror in the black hearts of his co-conspirators in the DS.

Wonder who is next?
