How does her legal status matter? They define “anchor baby” as a child born in the United States to a foreign national mother that unlawfully resided in the United States at the time of the child’s birth.
No, it doesn’t (why I am wondering if the woman is illegal as well).
But, what if the woman is legal? Is he an anchor baby just for the sire?
Does anchor baby work no matter when he’s born? I mean, this is years after the man/perp got over apparently. What if same for the woman? Haven’t they squatted a bit too long for a baby conceived in the US to count?
So, then, besides being a hard working guy, he was also a great father, too? He doesn’t deserve jail, then, he deserves an award! (Gag!)
The child is at least her daddy’s anchor.
The child is the daddy’s anchor.
I had 5,000 “former schoolmates”. Of course, they were in 4 different grades, and I didn’t know more than a few hundred of the ones I went to class with, and I only knew most of THEM by sight. Gotta be sure the story has a good flow, though, don’t they?
Question was victim preggers
The header,as usual,is misleading.
They attended the school at the same time——they were schoolmates, not classmates.

I agree also. But unfortunately, there are many who only look at this murder through their anti-illegal immigrant glasses.
And just as the leftists want to ignore this incident now, many on the right want to grandstand on this murder only to further their anti immigrant agenda.
That would be anti illegal aliens.
You might get flamed for that question. But not by me.
Ever since I learned that Mollie knew his girlfriend, I began to wonder how far or how close she and (I won’t say his name) the illegal were.
Clearly this was not a random murder.
Mollie pictured on left of the same year book as Iris pictured on the right.
Oh noes! I made a speelin errer on the intranets!
Now, maybe he had a vendetta against her.
No more like he knew her slightly and developed a ‘thing’ for the pretty athletic Gringa.
Excellent points. I read Mr. DeBecker’s book several years ago, but I ought to get the audio book out of the library and have the kids listen. (After we finish “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.”)
When my kids were young I used to tell them if they got the queezy “Oh,oh!” feeling to get the heck out of the situation.
.
The point that he should not have been in the country at all is not insignificant. However, it’s not the only point to consider, especially when evaluating the nationwide threat of kidnap/rape/murder for young women.
More like he just wanted some “strange”... Probably always had something for the baby mama’s friend.
