What is going on now is the struggle to restore the Constitution and the rule of law.
“Intelligence” is probably worried Trump will expose their corruption and incompetence.

Moreover, I expect the Trump Organization does have a very competent law firm dealing with contract law that would embarrass the State of New York in a court fight over this nonsense.

If he does that, Mr. Barak Obama will wet his panties. Barak and his trained monkeys are probably scheming about ways to bring about the "final solution" to Trump as we speak.
It would be so fitting and miraculous to have Trump be the one to bring the treasonous Obama to justice. The left would of course go nuts, but we need to get the left the hell out of this country anyway. So let's get er' done.
