A 25% tax on all remittances would be a good start. Mexico and the other nations who send the bulk of the invaders here would pay for the wall. Have an exception for legal US residents from countries other than Mexico and Central America; they have to pay but are permitted to file for a rebate. We get the use of their money until the rebate is cut. Win-win (WE win).
