This is the SDNY prosecutors basically saying “This payment to Stephanie Clifford was a contribution by Michael Cohen to the Trump election campaign because WE say it is.”
I thought the SDNY situation was corrected by Team Trump. Wha hoppnd?
That really made me wonder what is going on with SDNY ... does POTUS have his folks in place there or is it still hopelessly corrupted and there are ops in place to help ferret these things out ... it’s all murky! TBD ;)
Cohen could have gotten decades in jail time but gets a sweetheart deal like this. Something really smells weird about this.
Manafort got choked hard, like eighty years but can get a pardon if he gives up the stinking rotten fish at the top.
Yesterday Manafort's lawyer said to the press that Paul wanted to thank Judge Ellis for a fair trial. Hmmmm.
I am trusting these guys are likely playing for Trump's team.
The media having PMS over everything Trump says and does is the only card they have to play, try and win it in the court of public opinion. If they had any dirt on Trump, it would be carved on stone tablets outside the Supreme Court and Congress by now.
I gotta trust the plan.
