This is Trump's way of doing what a lot of officials (Dems, natch) are refusing to do...CLEAN UP THE VOTING ROLLS.
At first I was upset, I thought my vote was between me and the machine. But then when I looked at the info the committee was looking for, I realized it's an attempt to weed out illegal voters. The big tip-off is the felony status. I'll have to look, but I think convicted felons lose their right to vote, so I'm ok with it.

Ok, I attached my cost estimate. The forum doesn’t allow excel files, so this is a pdf, but I’m willing to share excel if it’s helpful shoot me an email (XXXX@lansingmi.gov).
FOIA law says “The response shall also contain a best efforts
estimate by the public body regarding the time frame it will take the public body to comply with the law in
providing the public records to the requestor. The time frame estimate is nonbinding upon the public body,
but the public body shall provide the estimate in good faith and strive to be reasonably accurate and to provide
the public records in a manner based on this state’s public policy under section 1 and the nature of the request
in the particular instance.”
I told our FOIA coordinator that my estimate is the end of January to complete the 273 hours of work for this FOIA. That means devoting about 12 hours per week of staff time to this, which will be a struggle until after the election.

We checked with the Post Office involved and they will except the boxes we send and store them for them.
The signature that is on the envelope should be redacted, because that could be copied and reused for fraudulent purposes. If they want to inspect them they can come to our offices and do it. We still do not have any confirmation that this LLC even exists, let alone that it is legit. Make sure that information has no SS#, DL#, or birthday. Just name and address.
My preliminary estimate of the time it will take for my 2 precincts is 50hrs, and this is just for the copying. Haven’t got a final estimate yet.

If we copy the two-sided ballot onto a two-sided 8.5x14, does that count as 10 cents per side or 10 cents total for both sides?

Hi All. I hope this isn’t repetitive info, I would like to remind everyone. As most of us already know FOIA response of either granted or denied has the 15 day limit. However, “granting” is a statement. Having the actual materials ready does not fall under this rule. I was happy to learn this from our attorney. Thought Id share.

I asked our City Attorney to opine on releasing the voter’s signature contained on the AV envelope. He sited the exemption contained in Section 168.509gg which includes the digitized signature of an elector. When I questioned the AG opinion linked to the Bureau newsletter, he stated that the AG opinion is not binding on municipalities.
He also brought up another point after clearly reading #6 of the request which states:
“Copies of all absentee ballot envelopes (e.g., the envelope containing the voter’s signature received by the relevant official). The copy should include a visible image of the space for the voter’s signature”; (emphasis on the word space).
His opinion is that they have not asked for the signature, they have asked for a visible image of the space. Therefore we will be redacting all signatures on the copies of envelopes.

It says the space needs to be visible not the signature, If they want to see the signature they will have to come in and review it. If we send them the signatures they can copy those electronically and use them fraudulently.
In your response tell them that they can come in and review them, and that you have redacted the signature. We don’t even know that this LLC. is a legit Organization.

Just an FYI for this conversation. I used a sample ballot from November 2016 to run through our Xerox copy machine. Our Xerox copy machine only has the ability to read up to 17 inches. The ballot is 19 inches. Even with reducing the ballot it is only reading 17 inches. We also have scanning on this copy machine and it still scans only 17 inches. I used a small desk top scanner and that worked and gave me the 19 inch ballot. I will probably scan all of the ballots in and save to cds as I do not have the ability to copy the 19 inch ballot. I am hoping this is going to comply with the request.

For the AV ballot inner envelopes (jackets), we are using a sliver of a post-it note to only partially obscure the full voter signature. That way it would be much more difficult to use those signatures fraudulently. “Post-It” makes a “one line” removable tape that can cover part of the signature, but we couldn’t find it locally so we’re improvising.

According to our FOIA adopted fee schedule, 11 x 17 paper is considered an “over sized” document and we are to charge between $3.00 and $5.00 each for these.
If they shrink to fit the legal sized paper will that print be too small? More questions for Emily.

HOUSTON, August 23, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) – Rising baritone singer Samuel Schultz has accused a prominent homosexual couple whose “marriage” was officiated by Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg of drugging and violently raping him in 2010, the New York Daily News reports.
That year, as a 23-year-old graduate student at Rice University, Schultz says he met opera countertenor David Daniels and conductor Scott Walters at a closing night party for Houston Grand Opera’s run of “Xerxes.” According to his complaint, they invited him back to the apartment they were staying in for drinks, where he blacked out after just a couple sips.
Schultz says he awakened the next day “in a bed alone, completely naked,” inexplicably sore, and “bleeding from my rectum.” Daniels and Walters were not there when he woke up, but when they returned, they asked if he “had a good time” and Daniels allegedly said “‘Don’t worry about the BB thing, I’m totally negative.’ BB in this case meant bareback, otherwise known as raping me without a condom.”
Schultz admits he did not seek an examination until after physical evidence of rape would have disappeared, but friend Megan Gale (then a Rice University music department employee) and an unnamed therapist both confirmed to the paper he confided in them about the alleged incident at the time, including sharing specific details.
“I was not willing to risk a career in opera by exposing this truth. But I know that I am not alone. My love for life and art and music and people compel me to tell this truth,” Schultz wrote in a July essay that first announced he was raped, though he did not name the accused at the time. He said the #MeToo movement emboldened him to speak up.
Since then, he told the Daily News, Daniels obtaining Tenure at the University of Michigan, where he would be in close contact with other young singers, convinced him to go fully public and file a complaint with university police. The school PD’s special victims unit forwarded the allegations to Houston police, who would confirm only that an investigation is active.
Daniels and Walters both gave statements to the Daily News denying the allegations. The University of Michigan, where Daniels has taken a leave of absence, and the Houston Grand Opera both said they will review the allegations, as well.
One of the Supreme Court’s most liberal justices, Ginsburg performed Daniels and Walters’ “wedding” in 2014 with much media hype.
“How do you make marriage equality more special? Have one of the most powerful liberals in all the land officiate the ceremony. That’s how gay Atlanta’s David Daniels and Scott Walters topped your gay wedding,” reported Project Q Atlanta in 2014.
Ginsburg did the same for several homosexual couples in the years before the court mandated that all fifty states recognize same-sex “marriage,” leading many lawmakers, religious leaders, and pundits to demand that she recuse herself from the case for pre-signaling her personal view on the subject.
She refused to bow out, however, and Obergefell v. Hodges declared a constitutional right to same-sex “marriage” 5-4 in 2015. A 4-4 tie would have allowed the lower court ruling in the case to stand (in this case a Sixth Circuit ruling that states did not have to recognize same-sex “marriages”), but would not have set a binding precedent for the rest of the country.
The 85-year-old Ginsburg, the subject of an upcoming Hollywood movie, said in July that she has “about at least five more years” before she retires.
I believe J. Sessions to be one of the most honorable men in Washington D.C. If there was a way for Sessions to have been blackmailed by the cabal it is most obvious to me that he would have been retained by WJC but he was fired almost immediately. Trump/Sessions are beholding to no one.

We often try to look deep into Q posts to find the hidden or multi-layered meanings. This Q-Clock proof attempt/theory is NOT that. This is based on blatant, literal, and easy to understand meanings.
Q drop 1928 got me thinking literally about the hammer dropping in the fall. It seemed obvious to me that Part II of The Plan Trilogy is when things start to get very real when it comes to disclosure and rounding up the Baddies. It made me remember the RED OCTOBER and Suicide weekend posts. What if those posts lined up to something interesting on the Q-Clock? It turns out they do.
But first, you must entertain a fairly large assumption about the clock. My thinking is that one revolution around the clock is a "week". If you can't buy into that stop reading now, the rest will make no sense without it.
For the purposes of this argument we take RED OCTOBER to have literal meaning. October will be bloody. Post 680 where Q says RED OCTOBER was on Feb 7. 3 clock weeks from then line up to Oct 5, which is squarely in the fall (MOVIE 2 - Coming this fall - post 1928). Post 680 reads:

Maybe someone can help me with that connection. Otherwise I believe IRON EAGLE to either be the name of the operation or an anagram of the operational name.

Again, assuming a clock "week" is one revolution, we see that 3 X [Next week] in the kill box is when the suicides start. 3 weeks are "killed". The post is on Feb 9 and three weeks after that shows SUNDAY Oct 7 on the clock. This makes sense because if things come to a head on FRIDAY Oct 5 while the hammer is dropping, many that have yet to be arrested will take their own lives.
We also know from other research that Cabal members do not like to die a natural death. They prefer it to be anti-natural and die by murder. The suicides make a lot of sense in this light, since suicide is the absolute opposite of a natural death.
I also have a tickle in my brain that 2 minutes past the hour (Oct 5) has an obvious meaning, but I can't put my finger on it. Any ideas here are welcome. I've posted this as sort of an outline of the beginning of MOVIE 2. I do not mean this to be a complete theory in any sense of the word. My hope is all you fine Patriots can add to this thinking. I will be happy to edit the clock or make additions if asked.
I’m afraid I just can’t get “into” the clock. Note that Q recently said time frames change etc. and that would throw a clock off. I don’t see any benefit to the Q team of the clock; I don’t think they can or would want to commit months in advance to a strict schedule that they’d “have” to follow no matter what changes or needs arose. I am pleased, however, to see the plan unfolding around us. Hmmm.....I think I’ll make some popcorn to nosh while reading the great links on the thread.
