"Makes sense. What was the average life expectancy 10,000 years ago, when everyone ate a Paleo diet?:

I always laughed to myself when people bragged about the Caveman diet, or Paleo diet...

they were CAVEMEN!.....

and similarly people talk about how well our great grandparents ate....

in the early 1900's the average life span was about 46yrs old...

.
Men never lived in caves until well after the flood.

That is partly because there were no caves until the crust of the Earth was broken up.

you do have to look at what was killing people at various times. It was interesting to see an interview with Australian aboriginals who once died of mostly old age or injuries and now die of mostly diabetes or cancer from a western diet. There was a time when communicable disease, infections, injuries, war etc would kill you, not diabetes, cancer, autoimmune disorders, etc.
I have seem what I consider to be plenty enough evidence to see we are killing ourselves with sugar and grains and soy.

Someone should find out what the heck Methuselah ate, as he lived to be 969.   (Baked mastodon?)      :-)
