What does this very large military budget increase have to do with everything else on the list??
Is Q saying we are preparing for a national emergency??
That’s how I read it. I would expect a Voice Of America type of communication channel to go into affect where a 24-hour news cycle tells people why Military Intelligence and Military Justice needs to totally re-install lawful government.
Mid-terms are pretty crucial for this. The Voters must be seen to support the current political trend. GOP holds House, Senate and States. The people want what Trump is giving us. Then in January, a national emergency makes it actually happen.
The national emergency was declared on 12/21/17 - one of the links just posted. I believe all of the links posted now have been posted on these threads at the time(s).
As for the removals, these have been noted and continuing. In fact, thinking back to T-Rex first removing the 7th floor state dept. aka ‘shadow government’, and, more recently, the F-I/D-J ouster ... we don’t know what’s been plowed at C_A
The impression I’m left with that has been said but I don’t think I fully appreciated with respect to the timing of The Plan - the House + Senate resignations don’t take true effect until 2019; that is when some of the military / GITMO provisions in EO’s take effect. That’s later vs. sooner. But in-between there’s still the likes of Bob Corker to have to deal with.

The US is under about 30 states of national emergency and has been for decades. The text of most of them is just cut and paste from previous ones with a few details changed.
Q showed that Trump declared a national emergency last December. Under that declared emergency, Trump is "taking care of business".
The large MIL budget and the large MIL presence around Trump are to make sure that no one -- inside or outside our borders -- takes advantage of any chaos related to the huge changes that are going down.

I think your question is best answered from the 40,000 foot view. (It’s not a new idea, everyone here knows it already, including you.)
The ultimate reason Trump is able to drain the swamp and lock everyone up is because his position is the most powerful in the world.
The physical reason it’s the most powerful is the United States Military.
So the military is what will ensure the swamp gets drained and the perpetrators get taken into custody.
Trump knew we had to have a fast built-up. For what is your guess... I have no clue.
My thought is that once indictments start to fall, the MSM will ramp up their propaganda and try to create a climate of civil war. The Socialist already have their shock troops (ANTIFA, BLM, OWS, White Supremist, and other Anarchist groups) drilling and practicing maneuvers.
Everything is being put into place, so that all actions by the current administration are plainly and obvious legal and Constitutional.
