A comic book character .... someone has a deficient interface with reality.

No. I say that Batman is really a Buddhist. And the Joker is a lapsed Shinto priest. And I’ve got drawings to prove it. Who can prove me wrong?

Batman has seen gods and has been portrayed as religious in other issues so I don’t see why this was necessary

SJWs converging everything and rubbing our noses in it.

He’s certainly not the Batman that I knew in the 50’s.

Batman's very name is sexist and anti-women.
He should be re-named "Batperson" or "Batit" or somesuch.

If he is an atheist, why would Batman care about good and evil? In an atheist's world, those concepts don't exist since there are no gods/deities that provide a moral code to live by.

Batman is whatever the guy writing it says he is. Just as long as he’s fighting crime, I don’t care about Bruce Wayne.

If thats true, then ultimately everything he does is meaningless because no absolutes exist, its all personal preferences and everything is relative, and nothing he does in his lifetime truly means anything. Other than he just did, what he wanted to do, whatever the reasons. The reasons dont matter one bit in the cosmic scheme of things. Good and bad are completely relative subjective terms.

The comic book age is over.
The pukes trying to influence children through super heroes..are a dollar late and a dollar short.
Super heroes were designed for moral society. The modern writers can try to deny it , but they can’t.

Give it time. Eventually the arch-criminals will look like the sane ones. Maybe that's the plan all along.

Batman doesn’t exist. How the **** can he be an atheist? Somebody is doing too many recreational drugs.

They need to create a Satanist character, to be more inclusive. And it has to be a hero, not a villain [\sarc].

Whoever is running WB (that owns DC Comics) needs to be fired.
Christopher Nolan's Batman Trilogy was the finest work of comic-book adaptation in film history, with the Dark Knight hands down the greatest comic-book movie ever made.
So instead of continuing it and introducing more villians, they're going to decide to reboot the story all over again in "The Batman" coming out in 2019.
Might as well just bring back Tim Burton/Joel Schumacher to make the cheesy-ass campy Batman movies in the 90s.
