Their version of an El Camino?

Fwiw, the
Ford Ranchero, was introduced in 1957. The El Camino was introduced in 1959.

My first car at 16 was an El Camino. Loved it.

Their version of an El Camino?Seems more like a Dodge Rampage.
I bought a Rampage in 1982 and loved it... I may have been the only guy on earth who thought they were great.

Their version of an El Camino? That would be called a Ford Ranchero. No idea why I remember them, I just do.
