A Montana man who was accused of filling his water cup with soda at a fast food restaurant has been arrested and charged with multiple misdemeanors and a felony.I've been wondering what would happen if I did that for 50 years.

This is how you take a very minor event, and change it into an incident that changes your life and legal status forever.
At any point, this 40 something y/o man could have stopped and said,”You know something, I guess you’re right. Sorry about taking a free drink. It won’t happen again”.
Instead, the stakes and the drama kept getting higher and higher. The police stormed into a public restroom to find him as he tried to hide. Insane. Either he’s an alcoholic, a tweaker or someone with mental problems. Good luck getting that next job or promotion.

I had an encounter with police last night. Going away party. Things may have gotten out of hand. Lol.
Rule is simple: don’t be a jerk. “Yes sir, yes ma’am,” that kind of thing. They went out of their way to be kind in response, and they’re a notoriously hardcore police department north of Dallas.
