Yes.
It does however punch holes in the concept being pushing by some around here lately that being "pushed to the ground" is not assault and you should just man up and take it.

Do not underestimate the power of “diss” culture. It’s been pervasive in the black community now for at least a full generation. It’s what drives most of these violent encounters when a normal person would look at a situation and shrug it off.
