Do not underestimate the power of “diss” culture. It’s been pervasive in the black community now for at least a full generation. It’s what drives most of these violent encounters when a normal person would look at a situation and shrug it off.

Agree with you completely. I am an upbeat person with a cheerful demeanor.
I regularly encounter surly black people one can clearly see are seeking an altercation.
They also typically create ANY possible way to justify starting one.

Much of the blame rests upon effeminate white liberal SJW males and loudmouth ugly white liberal SJW females for granting a “free pass” to blacks on anything. They actually have made life more difficult for them by not showing them how civilized people behave under all circumstances.
