Nunes Interrupted Incessantly by Hannity
Agreed.
But he should still watch Still's excellent critique of his performance interviewing Devin Nunes.
maybe just cut back on the coffee and he’ll be fine - his heart is in the right place
Hannity wants to retire and fears that no one can take his place. Idiot. There are 1000 conservative high school students in America who can do a better job than Hannity. Just watch OAN News. He should have retired ten years ago. Selfish hog.
I agree. I listen despite him, for the guests.
I would get sooo angry at Hannity whenever he'd have Pat Caddell on. I really like hearing Pat's commentary but whenever he was on Hannity he could never get a word in edgewise...
Its a sign of inferiority and compensatory narcissism
Some shrink on here tell me Im wrong
Today was the worst Ive ever heard Sean do this which is saying something
Sean is a good guy
But he wont let folks talk
He makes Lara Ingram seem like Dick Cavett politeness
Im not sure about that.....Sean said we eat our own.. ...which was especially true back in that era........I think Sweet Baby James used to post here as SBJ
OReilly said we were extremist kook fringe
Well...were still here and hes where ....podcast land...oh wow how cool
/not
It’s what he does.
Hannity’s heart is in the right place and his work is valuable, but he still hasn’t learned how to bite his tongue and let his guests make their points without his distracting interruptions.
So much more listenable than Hannity...

Hannity’s bumper music is even unlistenable.
This is not a great Allan Weiner Worldwide show, but its more entertaining than Hannity.
If you have a good guest, scheduled or otherwise, you let him talk, despite your own massive intellect.
Example:
Just watched the interview and Sean doesn’t seem interuptive to me:
I heard him today with a guest where he talked over the guest who stopped as Hannity repeated talking points that had zero to do with what the guest was saying they just before a commercial break said “I will give you the last word”....
I do not know what the guest was there for!
Hannity has become adept in stepping on the guests train of thought and completely stopping the discussion.
For example, most people lay a groundwork to justify their conclusion. Hannity will let his guest do that, and just when the vital conclusion/wrap-up is about to occur, and we are waiting to hear, Hannity will jump in and completely drown it out.
He is such an egomaniac that he can’t tolerate anyone else taking away his spotlight.
His interruptions of Nunes were infuriating.
I dont turn him on until his 20 minute monologue is safely over since chances are I heard it verbatim the night before. When he even mentions that he has a mini monologue come by up later in the show, I cringe. It would be interesting to see ratings from the second half of the show vs the first half.
I think Newt and Levin have have some sort of agreement not to be interrupted or they wont come on. If you notice, they are the only two guests who actually get more than two consecutive sentences in.
The biggest peeve I have with Hannity is his inability to allow an “on our side” guest to finish a sentence/thought....
If it wasn't for my better half wanting her shows, I'd cut the cord because someone somewhere gets the best clips from these folks and will do shorter clips of what is the real meat of the issue next day on the web.
Lou Dobb's? when I have the time, ditto that Varney, Charles Payne, and Maria. Even Judge Jeanne is getting on my nerves.
I just don't have a couple hours to plunk my arse on the couch and to dedicate it to what they are selling me.
Don’t watch him.
I do the same exact thing, try to avoid that repetitive monologue and hope he’ll let the guests speak when they finally come on.
Sometimes he’ll get someone on I want to hear from and they get “literally” 15 seconds.
