Conservative Washington Post columnist Jennifer Rubin tore into White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Sunday, saying she should be shunned from her next job for her false and misleading claims.
“Sarah Huckabee Sanders is so concerned that people aren’t nice to her,” Rubin told MSNBC’s Joy Reid on "AM Joy." “And people like me think that — not that she should be harassed — but that she should be shunned. The reason is that she lies.”
“She attacks our free press and no respectable employer should hire her after this term,” Rubin continued. “Also, no university and no news outlet. She has lied and she has endangered the lives of reporters and that’s why she should be shunned. Not harassed — shunned.”
Rubin’s remarks came days after Sanders verbally sparred with CNN reporter Jim Acosta during a confrontation at a White House press briefing.
Sanders refused, multiple times, to condemn President Trump’s comments calling the media the “enemy of the people,” prompting Acosta to walk out of the briefing early.
“We don’t have to put it [the press briefing] on television, we don’t have to put it on television live,” Rubin suggested on Sunday. “If by some chance she utters some morsel of accurate information it could be fact-checked and related to the audience. The same thing with the rallies — no reason to put them on live television.”
Rubin frequently criticizes the GOP and Trump in her “Right Turn” blog for the Post, previously calling Trump an "arrogant fool" and a "flat-out racist."
Earlier this week, the columnist declared in a scathing editorial that the GOP “isn’t fit to govern.”
By the way, I haven’t heard from Peggy Noonan in a long while. Could it be because she ‘approves’ of what the president is doing or trying to do?

Sarah Sanders will be the official press liaison for the America First Party to be started by DJT in January after the red wave in November.

I know Sarah Sanders and have worked with her in the past. She’s incredibly good at what she does, and anyone who has a campaign to run would be an idiot not to hire her.
Jennifer Rubin, on the other hand, has proven herself to be an idiot, but not quite as big an idiot as the people at WaPo who hired her, who are second in idiocy only to anyone who buys the claim that she’s a “conservative.” Talk about lying to the public!
Rubin is not a conservative. She is a never-Trumper and a very useful idiot for the Left. She is not worth anyone wasting time reading or listening to, especially a conservative’s time.

Jesse. Rubin has a face like that unfortunate woman on “Star Trek” from the pilot episode “The Cage”. The one where the aliens tried to put her back together after her ship crash landed, but they didn’t know what a human looked like.

There are no conservatives (i.e. Classic liberals) at the washington post. Describing her as a conservative once again qualifies as ‘fake news’.
