After the novelty wears off of replacing previous actors with a different race/sex, you still need to create 90 minutes of content. Hollywood tends to forget that part.

All women. Seriously? The one in the middle looks like a modern leaner version of a "It's Pat". I guess androgynous is the new look, but I 'll take a pass, like Star Wars, Terminator has become a series of bad, bad stories, bad acting and a bad investment of entertainment dollars.

Linda Hamilton’s character arc was the best thing about T1 and T2, and was so influential it changed how women were portrayed in action movies from then on. But I can’t trust modern movies to not screw this up and make it a feminist statement movie, because neither T1 nor T2 were “feminist” movies.
