If you run a sports team in Mississippi or anywhere in the Deep South, here's a chance to have some Culture War fun.

Declare some upcoming event as "LGBT Night" and announce you'll drop ticket prices for anyone producing an ID that says they are from Louisiana, Georgia, 'Bama or Tennessee.

Say absolutely nothing about those other LGBTs (who will think the night is for them anyway) and be prepared for a lively crowd. A little extra stadium security might be helpful.

You'll no doubt get attention from the national media who label you hateful, bigoted, etc (why, I don't know but that's just how the national media are) and you'll get a big gate at the ol ballpark.

I'd just love to read about some team actually doing this and what the reaction is.
