Declassify it all. Let the public see the corruption that occurred in the DOJ. I don't buy for one second that this would be detrimental to national security.
It’s an interesting question. So far, he’s pretty justified in saying that he’s allowing “the process” to play out without him interfering with it, that he’s trusting the professionals to handle it correctly. The latest document dump was as a result of a FOIA from Judicial Watch. Others have come via Congress. He’s also got to think about lily-livered GOPers in Congress, many of whom never wanted Trump and remained threatened by them enough that they probably would unite with Democrats around impeachment/removal. But to me, it’s clear to that Mueller is covering up abuses under the rubric of an “ongoing investigation”, which investigation will be ongoing until he finds something to get Trump with. It’s not an easy place in which Trump finds himself, but I trust that he’ll navigate it the best way possible.

Actually I think it will be mid September. If it were late October the Main Stream Media would obscure the facts before the truth came out. I predict Sept 1 t Sept 15. September will be interesting. The President of the United States has absolute authority to declassify anything he wants. If the Justice Department refuses he simply fires them as also is his absolute authority. He fires them one by one until they release the information. This could be done in one day. Fire them Monday morning and release information he has declassified the next morning. I look much forward to September. Trump did write a book, "Art of the Deal."
Perhaps the ongoing Huber investigation?

Average voter attention span is only a few days. Timing is everything.
I proposed that ALL documents be declassified and released just one week after Robert Mueller was appointed.
Instead, the Russia Collusion hoax has been eating away at Trump’s credibility and his ability to govern since his first day in office.

and how could declassifying these FISA documents be considered obstruction? it seems to Me that keeping them unavailable and classified would be obstruction.
Because we can’t handle the truth. The bad actors are across the spectrum. He cannot loose the tentative support he has in Congress.

I solved the Obstruction of Justice problem 12 months ago.
Issue unconditional pardons for every person implicated by the documents - Republican or Democrat.
No prosecution? No obstruction.
The pardons would also deal with the legal reality that no Democrat will ever be convicted of a politically motivated crime in Washington D.C.
He has not, so there is no real investigation without a Grand Jury.
May I ask how you know there is no grand jury?
The trouble is Muller may be hatching his own October surprise.

I don’t, I just assume because I have seen no evidence of one being called up.
And numerous coup-plotters have testified before Congress that they have NOT spoken to a grand jury.
Finally, the House committee said at a presser that the only thing Huber is doing is chalking up “frequent flier miles back and forth to Utah”.
I do not trust the DOJ or the FBI to investigate their own.
Don’t know, but have read elsewhere here on FR that doing so would hand Mueller evidence for the obstruction of justice charge.............
