I solved the Obstruction of Justice problem 12 months ago.
Issue unconditional pardons for every person implicated by the documents - Republican or Democrat.
No prosecution? No obstruction.
The pardons would also deal with the legal reality that no Democrat will ever be convicted of a politically motivated crime in Washington D.C.
