No they're not; they're non-existent.
Palin raised a family first and had to meet bills just like every other family in America.
Both are attractive, spirited women who came from humble, working class families.
AOC is a spoiled, self-centered brat who grew up in privilege.
Both launched political careers when they were in their late 20’s.
Palin didn't "launch" a political career.
She was pissed at how her city and state were being run so she went in to make a difference. She didn't run for office to get on the taxpayer dole and trade favors.
Meanwhile, AOC is an opportunist with the full backing of leftist groups. Even the Republican Party hated Palin.
And both were instantly thrust into the national spotlight.
Again, Palin was in the spotlight after being chosen as McCain's VP. And she was promptly destroyed.
No comparison between Palin and AOC. It's like saying RI is equivalent in size to Alaska.
Can you imagine heads exploding if Palin was Trump’s VP? She needed the support that Trump is getting from us but it just wasn’t there back then I guess. This is what the left doesn’t get, Trump and his supporters are fighting back.
The basic problem is an infectious disease rampant in the United States. That disease, which seems to affect MEDIA people above all others is “ALPHABETITIS”.
Its chief sympton is a mental abberations that causes one to make judgements according to the SPELLING of the accused’s LAST name.
If the accused’s last name is the letter (D) then the accused it obviously innocent of all charges and accusations.
If the accused’s last name in the letter (R) the accused is likewise obviously guilty as charged and accused, no matter how vile and weak the evidence is.
It is really quite simple.

Yeah, I agree. It didn’t help that half of the establishment hated Palin. It’s as if McCain was throwing the race and this was his overt way showing it. In short, he looked for an albatross to tie around his neck and picked Sarah. Never mind that his own shortcomings and weak campaigning were what really brought him down. Sarah did everything she could to pull the ticket out of the soup.
Trump’s case is much different. He campaigned in the primary as an outsider and ran for President as the very same outsider. Tack to the center? That’s the chump’s game and he knew it. You knew where Trump stood on everything simply by looking at everyone in the establishment and media arrayed against him. He had all the right enemies!
It almost didn’t matter who his VP pick was. Trump was the locomotive and everyone else tacked on behind him.
