There are thought to be guidelines in place for guardsmen to deal with nuisances, which begins with stamping their feet and shouting.

Raising a rifle is considered a 'final warning', after which the guardsmen is allowed to detain the person in question.

They are GUARDS - not tourist attractions. Unless she is deaf, wouldn't she have heard him approaching?

maybe, maybe not.

He had all sorts of room to march around, a slight 24 inch detour. She was not a threat.

Bad behavior as far as I’m concerned.

I am not impressed at all.
