Since your comment above makes no sense whatsoever in relation to what I wrote about Russia, you've definitely chosen an appropriate screen name.
Haven't been to Iran, but I know Americans who lived there during the time of the Shah, and am a friend and acquaintance with several Iranians living here and overseas, outside Iran. They are among the most intelligent and good hearted people I've ever known. There is always a distinction to be made between people and the governments they are fortunate or unfortunate to live under.
Frankly, I wish we interfered (or "picked fights") in fewer places. It's a nasty habit we picked up following WWII when we more or less replaced Britain as the international "cop on the block". In fact I once shut up a Brit who commented on our propensity to interfere in other peoples' affairs by saying "Well, who do you think taught us to do that?" He chuckled and said "Fair point."

Putin was smart enough to have background singers and dancers. Always makes it better. Hollywood was obviously spoofing Trump there in a kind of funny way.
Well Blueberry Hill works. The Hill of course representing DC and the media. But yeah, we need something the youts could identify with. Sing sing better than jaw jaw.
