Popular U.S. comedian and host of the top rating 'The Daily Show' Trevor Noah has come under fire for a comedy routine where he called Aboriginal women unattractive.
Footage of his stand-up show, from 2013, emerged ahead of his Australian tour, which starts in Melbourne next month.
'All women of every race can be beautiful,' Noah tells an audience in the footage which emerged online overnight.
'And I know some of you are sitting there now going, 'Oh Trevor, yeah, but I've never seen a beautiful Aborigine', he jokes.

I have no problem with an African (which this guy is) thinking Aborigines are ugly.I have no problem with Aborigines thinking that white people (Caucasians) are ugly.

Years ago I visited an Australian Outback town called Broken Hill.It was summer,hot as hell.Walking down a sidewalk I saw an Aborigine guy who was so black that he was actually blue."Shocking" is how I'd describe the experience.
But he,like me,was a child of God so,of course,he was neither superior nor inferior to me...just different "packaging".

Not commenting on the attractiveness or lack there-of of Aborigine women, but there are some pretty desolate backwaters in Australia, or used — think Northern slope in Alaska. There are a lot of guys who would stick it in a shotgun barrel after a couple dry months.
so when does he get fired for such outrageous comments?

Yep. And if he can’t sell the “edgy” excuse, he’ll just say that he has “evolved”. Then all will be forgiven and forgotten.
But had a conservative entertainer said anything close to that, no excuses! Ban him for life!
Probably bigoted of me to say, per politically correct criteria, but how do foreign “comedians” get into this country, and have a major network TV show? Does he have a green card? If so, how did he get it? Aren’t there enough smug liberal Americans to fill such jobs? Is the job of idiot comedian on Comedy Central in short supply, so that we need to import foreigners for that specific task?
