Perhaps the Trump people featured those people to the rally to troll the Deep State. Letting them know how the truth is going to come out about a lot of events.
I really find it very, very hard to believe, though, that JFK, Jr. would have stayed hidden all of these years waiting for Trump to become president. Just too sill for me.

GMTA - that was one of the points I was seeking to express.
I have not felt that he was alive, (might have wished it) but I can see how it might be useful to plant doubt about that.
