If you are asking about whether Obama's homo-existence is driven by his genitalia...I would say that you have hit the nail on the "head" (pun unavoidable).
If Obama is, as we hear and can clearly see, is a "homo-erectus" (a twentieth century man whose life is led by his "erection), then, yes...the correct category for this story about Obama is "genitalia/chat."

The Obamanation of Desolation apparently forgot the old adage that when you point a finger at someone else three fingers are pointing back toward you. Everything he railed against in the speech applied far more to his administration than to Trump’s.
I cannot wait until Obama campaigns openly here in the USA for the Democrat party. Actually, he and Clinton should get together and campaign as the “Failed, Deadbeat, Losers, Not Dynamic Duo”!!!
