Obama returned the bust of Churchill when he became President but I guess that was classy and ok with the Brits.

My wife had a pen pal who was British “pensioner”. They are both history buffs. She came to stay with us for a couple weeks.
She had to wear a wig because all of her hair fell out after her husband died. He had been on a waiting list for a heart procedure for over two years. It was a valve issue that would have been corrected here on an illegal alien deadbeat without insurance a few days after the problem was discovered. It was a problem that Californians without insurance who had assets would take a “medical vacation” to Mexico or Thailand to get fixed. Long before he died my wife who is a retired nurse suggested that they go out of the country for treatment. She repeated her suggestion as he got sicker and sicker. They had significant assets and could have afforded to do this.
But my wife’s friend’s husband died largely because of their government’s absolutely awful implementation of socialist medicine. And the stress of this awful situation caused her friend’s hair to fall out. So we gave her lots of leeway and waited on her hand and foot the entire time she was here and threw a big historically themed “hangar” party for her and people came from all around the area. People brought historical vehicles and we live on a small airport so people brought historical aircraft. And she definitely appeared to have had a great time.
But after two weeks of her being here, both my wife and I were ready to strangle her. Despite her husband’s demise and her interest in history she was still a staunch defender of her country’s socialized medical system and claimed that it was the best and the most compassionate in the world.
She claimed that the Great Britain would have won WWII quicker if the United States would have just sent them more money and supplies and kept our nasty troops home. She was constantly asking my wife to give her things and many of the things that my wife refused to give her some how turned up missing after she left.
So it was a good education to us about at least one arrogant, ungrateful British elderly person who we did our best to take care of while she was with us.
I’ve often thought that Trump has an expression on his face sometimes that looks like one that I’ve seen in pictures of Winston.

It is beyond pathetic that my wife’s uncle died there defending britain in WWII. They have really screwed-up their country with socialism, liberalism and multiculturalism. The he** with them. They are merely misguided, weak twits.
I know. I’m just flabbergasted over the homegrown treachery.
