Usually want American athletes to win international events, but Williams is an extreme abuser of PEDs and one of the biggest cheaters in sports.

A quick Google search shows some rumors but no evidence of any PED usage by Williams. I'm not going to take any joy in some German woman defeating an American who happens to be the best female tennis player in history - one coming back from the birth of her first child.
