The dog licks his butt. He licks his nuts. He licks another dog’s butt. He licks garbage on the ground. He licks where he pees, and licks his own poop.
Then people let dogs kiss them and they say: “A dog’s mouth is cleaner than a human’s!”
Ugh. No thanks.
Well, maybe it IS cleaner than THEIRS!...............

So, how long after a dog licks his butt does that trace matter stay in his mouth with all that saliva saliva constantly washing his mouth? It would take medical level instruments to detect the amount of anyrhing but dog saliva on his tongue.
Meanwhile, dog saliva is an antibacterial disinfectant. So is human saliva for that matter. This is why so many bad diseases require blood to blood contact and cant transfer from kissing, for example.
I try to avoid them doing it too much but mostly, I just don’t think about it.
