Don’t give up Hillary. Run as an independent. It is your turn.
Maxine/Ocasio 2020.
This ticket will be tough to beat
hellery is a loser. she needs to run again
It’s crap..................
No, it’s not a scientific poll...it’s not even really a poll just a bit of an in-joke...but still amusing.
But if we learned nothing else from 2016 it’s that so-called scientific polling is a steaming pile of offal, with confirmation biases, fiddling of numbers before and after polling and an apparent inability to ask questions that will elicit accurate responses.
Then there are the sampling errors. In 2016 pollsters STILL relied primarily on landline calls made via robodialer. The calls further relied on persons bored, gullible, foolish, lonely or mad enough to:
a) answer the phone during dinner/evening hours,
b) answer the phone without using Caller ID or answering the phone when Caller ID shows some anodyne front company like ‘Research Inc.
c) sit through 15-20 min of questions, many of them repetitive, ambiguous, or restricted to certain answers when none of the answers may be an accurate reflection of their views
d) divulge race, sexual orientation, age, income, occupation, religion, party affiliation, family size, etc. to a complete stranger working for minimum wage in a call center
e) still pay for useless landline service
Pollsters will attempt to mask their flaws by claiming they also used cell calls, e-mail surveys, online surveys, etc. but electronic spam is just as bad or worse than junk calls at home therefore the conversion rate is worse and probably even less accurate.
Polling aside, the death grip the Clintons have on the Democrat Party is, at this point, fascinating to watch rather than dangerous. Their marriage has been a sham since the 70s. There is every possibility that they are not both the biological parents of Chelsea Clinton. Bill’s philandering is an open secret now, as Ed Klein’s books relate, as is the fact that they have not lived under the same roof since leaving the White House.
The ex-president lauded as having ‘the best political gifts of the last two decades’ was forced to deputize for Hillary on the campaign trail (more on that below). The media enthused about their ‘rock star’ but soon realized, to their chagrin, that Bill Clinton couldn’t draw ants to a picnic. Worse, he was heckled frequently about his Lewinsky misadventures. He was quietly withdrawn from the rally schedule.
And then....there’s Hillary. Keen eyed observers will note that her most vocal supporters have very little to say about her good or bad. They certainly don’t blame her for losing a ‘sure thing’ even though she is Goat #1 but certainly not the only culprit. ‘I’m With Her’ has changed almost completely to ‘I Hate Trump’...but then the latter slogan was effectively the slogan of Hillary’s campaign for the final push.
Mentally she’s round the bend but physically she is a wreck. She was always a gawky and uncoordinated (’hopelessly butch’ in the famous words of Camille Paglia) but her long years of sedentary living and long years of quite actively bending the elbow have wrecked her health. There is every chance she has the early signs of MS or Parkinson’s and is probably swallowing the contents of a small pharmacy every day, including painkillers or nervous-system drugs which would affect her alertness and cognition as well as psychotropic drugs for depression, anxiety, etc. The woman is not physically fit enough to walk 1 mile unaided. The idea that she should be in charge of nuclear codes and the combined might of the US military is too ludicrous for words.
Her post-election rants are equal parts pathos and comedy. Sequestered for over a quarter of a century, she is literally out of touch with everyday life, even reality. She must be actually coached on how to act like a normal person - an appalling prospect but for her a necessary one.
If she is planning to run again, one might expect her to pull a Nixon and do interviews on policy wonkery and make the rounds of kissing babies (poor babies) etc. Instead, she imagines she’s Phyllis Diller and is booked onto chat shows where her utter lack of humor and self-awareness have her making snide remarks about the current First Lady and generally shoveling blame into everyone’s lap but hers.
Finally, despite its entirely fatuous origin and purpose, it seems that Hillary actually believes the Russia Collusion fairy tale. It is more instinctive self-protection? Is it an attempt to keep the story on the back burner just in case? Whatever her thoughts or motives, she has placed a huge bet on a three-legged rocking horse and like the rest of the swamp will be badly disappointed when Mueller fails miserably.
I was sick of the Clintons in, oh, 1992 or so but watching them play sandbag to the Democrat balloon is somewhat amusing.
I would like to see her run again. I think it will be a crowded field on the Democrat side, and she won’t last longer than the first few primaries. However, as she sees her last chance at the White House slipping away, the Clinton smear machine will reveal all kinds of dirt on her competitors in a bid to keep her candidacy afloat.
The poll means nothing. While the DNC was solidly in her corner on the last election cycle, they will run from her next election cycle. So even if she ran she would not win the nomination in the next upcoming presidential election cycle.
Hillary campaign for 2020 will destroy the Democrats Party. That’s why I voted for her to go for it
I voted yes, myself.
She’s not going to run. Just another cr@p sandwich fed to us by the clickbait crowd.
I voted “YES” a number of times. I think it would be a laugh riot every day if she ran again! Plus, it would take the air out of the sails of other candidates on her side.
All in all, she ought to run!
Even if a high percentage of participants in the polls were Dems?
I voted Yes run.
we should have Freeped that poll to “yes”.
I hope Killary runs again in 2020, 2024 and 2028.
She is the perfect poster child for the RATS.
My only question: how will she do all that running from a prison cell?
Not a very good poll at all. I voted “Yes” knowing she would loose outright or split votes with another Dem... either way we win. Let her run if she wants to.
“What say you?”
