[Full Title] Illegal Alien Kills FBI Agent and Fire Marshal, Only Gets $280 Fine, Doesn’t Have To Show Up For Court
Most everyone knows the famous case of Kate Steinle, killed by an illegal alien who should have been deported and should never have been here but for San Francisco is a sanctuary city. And on top of the horror of her death, the outrageous lack of justice in the decision that let the killer off with just a gun charge.
But unfortunately that’s not the only case, there are so many more, as the Angel families have demonstrated.
And unfortunately, here’s another one.
An illegal immigrant from Guatemala avoided jail after being convicted of negligent driving for hitting and killing an FBI agent and a fire marshal standing on the side of a highway.
Roberto Garza Palacios, 28, who overstayed his visa, was instead ordered to pay a $280 fine for killing Deputy Chief State Fire Marshal Sander Cohen and FBI Special Agent Carlos Wolff in December, the Washington Post reported.
Adding insult to injury, the illegal immigrant did not even have to appear in court.
Here’s what happened:
Wolff, an FBI agent, had crashed his car into a concrete median after reaching for his cellphone and becoming distracted while driving south on I-270, a Maryland State Police crash investigation later determined. Cohen, an arson investigator who was passing by, had pulled over to help and put on his hazard lights to warn other drivers.
Garza Palacios drove up on the scene from behind and told investigators he could not swerve right, because cars were in that lane, so he went left, not seeing the two men.
He hit them and killed them.
Cohen’s father, Neil Cohen is furious with the punishment meted out to Garza Palacios. “Because the person who caused the accident really didn’t get punished, it doesn’t feel like there’s closure,” he said.
And not only that, Garza Palacios never should have even been here. His visa expired in 2009 and he had a prior criminal record for driving while impaired. He also served four months for smashing windows on 16 cars and lighting a sofa on fire.
But this person was allowed to remain to kill the two men.
Neil Cohen told NBC, “The truth is that there are people who shouldn’t be here.”
Will they deport him now? That’s not clear, but he was taken into custody by ICE and charged for overstaying.
If they’d only done that before.
When citizens can’t obtain justice through the courts, they often resort to obtaining their own justice.

This is absolutely outrageous. It is a slap in the face to the American people and the agencies the slain worked for. This guy should never be allowed to draw another breath.

Pull all the ICE agents out of California for 6 months and wait for the groundswell of begging from the unwashed masses for their return.

Earlier this week, Garza Palacios was cited for negligent driving for a Dec. 8 crash on southbound I-270 near Falls Road that killed 33-year-old Sander Cohen and 36-year-old Carlos Wolff. The charge against Garza Palacio carries a $280 fine and three points against his license.
Cohen was the deputy chief of the Maryland State Police Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office and Wolff was an FBI supervisory special agent.
Investigators said Palacios was driving his Honda Accord in the left lane and attempted to get over to the right lane but was blocked by traffic. Palacios then swerved to the left of the two vehicles and struck Wolff and Cohen, who were both thrown over the median, according to police. Before being hit, Wolff had been involved in a crash on southbound I-270 and Cohen stopped to help him on the side of the road.
Palacios remained at the scene and investigators determined alcohol, drugs and speed were not factors in the crash. Palacios met with state police in Rockville in April and was issued a citation for negligent driving.

These illegals have a different culture and should be allowed their own set of rules. After all, they built this country for all the white slave owners. Hate stories like this. I get too sarcastic.
Sounds to me like the dumbass FBI agent caused the accident. I’ve been in situations where there was something blocking the lane and too many cars in the next lane to avoid it. If there had been an open area on the left I would pull that way. In the split second it takes to make a decision it would be easy not to see to people standing there. Of course the illegal shouldn’t be here in the first place and should be deported, but it could just as easily be a citizen, and I wouldn’t necessarily blame him.

When President Trump met with the Angel families it was more than heartbreaking, it was an outrage.
Days later we found out that Ivanka donated $50,000 to some organization who gives aid and comfort to the illegals. I have written a letter asking her to take it back, especially since her father just finished a very public meeting with those who’s children have been murdered by illegals.
I hope she does.
He should be taken out and executed, then deposit his carcas across the border as a warning to others.
