My belief is that if a justice does not interpret nor believe in the Constitution, he/she should be removed from the position. No rewriting of the laws, no opinion outside of the Constitution should be allowed.

I agree with her. Our Constitution was written for people with strong Protestant ethics. It could not work for a Muslim nation. It doesn’t even work for our nation anymore now that Protestant ethics are on the decline in favor of Post-modernist thought.
