Data from Thule Greenland shows we have reached the dawn of the modern cosmic ray maximum! #GrandSolarMinimum #MagneticFieldReversal - Only getting worse from here folks.

Unless you relabel your compass, the Sun will rise in the West.
Yep, Penn. will be south of the Mason-Dixon Line.
Cold kills.
We are going to wish we could make enough CO2 to stave off the effects of the Sun cycling down.
Beans and ammo
There’s going to be a Yuge market for gas-pedal bricks soon.
Well, someone finally noticed! You’re on the right track. I’ve been watching and keeping track of news about the magnetic field deviation and extra activity for several years. There’s the extra outer core movement, too, by the way. More magma moving around a little faster, more methane leakage, several contributors to more ozone depletion and all of that.
Have fun. Enjoy the slide!
But would it be called the Dixon-Mason line?
(We are SO not ready for this!)
So many history books to be re-written.
English and Spanish majors will be in yuge demand.
Nosam-Noxid?
Expect an invasion of illegal Canadians.
“Whoopie, we’re all going to die!”
MOVE THAT WALL!!!
No ice age or burning earth, by the way. ;-)
Only fluctuations toward heat (magnetic field movements and activities) and cold. We already have more common higher winds in at least some areas that I lived in during the 70s and before. And we’ve already seen the trend of off-and-on extended droughts in some areas (like the West—increased leaks, volcanism, etc.).
Here are some drought maps. Some droughts areas are still fine for agriculture (humidity and frequent enough rains) but might have slightly lower long term rain amounts for water tables (water supplies).

IMO, it’s virtually all natural. We and our machines aren’t big enough to change the weather much except for slightly different temps over our tiny cities (tiny relative to the earth and atmosphere). Volcanoes are much more powerful, as is increased natural methane leakage (goes with seismicity, volcanism due to increased core movement).
It’s not the end of the world. Only a bit of a geo-party.
The Maunder Minimum has been occurring over the last few years
Sunspot activity has been low to nil
invasion lol
Earth quakes with a side helping of extra solar radiation...so long Kalifornia....
My son also works at NASA and has mentioned the solar minimum. He just left a job controlling a solar observation satellite and moved to another mission.
He just started this week and I’m not sure what that mission does.
Interesting bttt
