a corn flake
what type of bison? Burger? Steak? I worked on a bison ranch and we used to eat bison hot dogs that were awesome- tasted like steak really- full of flavor-
I noticed somebody buying Chicken Pot Pie filling in a can the other day. A little flour and shortening and you make your own crust. Savings of dollars over the KFC or frozen pot pie versions.
Of course you could make your own filling too. Good use for leftover chicken.
I use leftover chicken for pot pie filling. My kids love when I make pie crust and cut the dough into small circles before baking to serve with it.
Lasagna stuffed chicken, steamed broccoli/califlower/carrots, with fresh garden salad topped with marinated cucumbers/onions/peppers
Wait. The lasagna is inside the chicken?

Yum! There are two other dishes on the menu with bacon and asparagus, one spicy, one not. Awesome combo in pasta. I should find a recipe like that to make for my family.
Ive been paying for cleaning my plate of the rich spicy food all night-stomach and chest pain. Sigh. Makes me feel about 100 years old. It was worth one sleepless night. Back to salads today.
Bacon Asparagus Cajun Pasta
ING—8 ounces rigatoni pasta
4 slices uncured hickory smoked bacon coarsely chopped
12 stems trimmed asparagus cut bite size
4-6 cloves garlic minced
8 cups fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
4 teaspoons Cajun spice
1 cup grated fresh Parmesan
METHOD Cook pasta as per box; drain well. In large skillet over medium heat add bacon pieces. Cook for 8 minutes. Add asparagus and cook for 8 minutes. Reduce heat and add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add spinach and cook just until slightly wilted. Remove to plate.
SAUCE Using same skillet pour in wine scraping bottom to remove browned bacon bits. Add cream, Cajun spice and simmer to desired thickness stirring frequently. Remove from heat and slowly add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Add bacon/asparagus mixture and drained rigatoni.
SERVE immediately.
COOK’S NOTES use fresh grated Parm-—canned stuff contains non-clumping additives that will not allow your cheese to melt correctly.

Wife and I had sushi rolls at a Japanese restaurant - I had M&Ms and Peanut M&Ms for dessert at a movie shortly after....
Three pimento cheese sandwiches, ha-ha-ha and two, yes two gatorades ha,ha.
Last night, I was home alone while spouse was at a pointless baseball game. So I decided to move my old Willys jeep from the old house to the new pad.
I went over and got it running and had a three mile thrill ride in it. The old trap needs some work.
Anyway, after a successful landing, I hiked three miles and picked up the tacoma.
I was too tired to do much else after getting back.
My wife was surprised seeing it in the garage when she got home. She congratulated me on doing the exercise.
