Jarrod's father's first name is Miguel! Was he born here, is he an anchor baby, or what? So Jarrod's being born here hardly matters! After all, look what the MSM did to George Zimmerman, who was born here and doesn't have a Spanish sounding last name!

He was born in the US. Looks like his own father was also born in the US, or came here as a very tiny baby.
Shooter’s grandfather was Puerto Rican, a US Army veteran, Korea and Vietnam, died in 1988, buried in Arlington National Cemetery, Section 60. He worked at Ft Meade at some point. After his military service he was an employee of the Maryland Department of Corrections. Yep, he worked in the prison system his grandson will most likely be a guest of.

Looks like the family was Roman Catholic, don’t seem to have any political commentary or other hints in any of the places I’ve snooped. His family looks like any other family.
Not every family is given a perfect child. Sometimes, no matter how loving and “normal” a family is, a child grows up to one day lose his marbles and do very bad things.
