I’m not an expert on Brock, but what I recall is that he has his hands in a lot of behind the scenes and some public skullduggery of various kinds and is highly culpable for DS activities.

Because he is associated with Shareblue, and that other stuff, and because the drops mention both “Shareblue” and “David,” the likelihood is that Q **IS**. referring to Brock as the “David” in this context.
I like the case that grey beard makes for David Hogg, but the specifics of Shareblue is what sways me toward Brock.

David Brock is a very bad man, is the former boyfriend to Pizzagate/pedogate’s James Alefantis, and much of his funding comes from George Soros. He is a huge propagandist and is the modern-day Joseph Goebbels for today’s corrupt and evil progressive/liberal movement.
