We are Verizon customers and have been for about eight years.
Was watching the tube with the family last night when a Verizon commercial came on showing kids making the "coming out" call to their parents... My ten year old was watching. The commercial ended with Verizon endorsing and throwing their support towards an Organization calling itself PFLAG which stands for Parents, Friends, Families and Friends of the LQBTQ.
We called Sprint this morning... I have four new Galaxy S7s headed my way, I'm saving $90.00 per month, unlimited data and Sprint is paying off what we owe Verizon.
I know Sprint most likely supports organizations like this too, but I haven't seen any indoctrination commercials on television, yet. If we do, we'll find another vendor.
Just thought some folks would want to know.
Actually he used to be the Verizon guy and not T-Mobile ... My bad.
But here is an article on him....

I’ve been with Sprint since 2011...have never had a problem.
It is next to impossible to find a major US corp that hasn’t succumbed to the gay-mafia takeover.
at least its a hetero couple!!! Comedy Central runs commercials featuring a queer couple cuddling on a bed- they forgot to use a condom because they were distracted, don’t ya know. this is not at 2AM, either.
Sometimes i just want to watch TV and not have to bolt out of the room during the break.
You’re wasting your time. They are all the same. Sprint hired Verizon’s “can you hear me now?” guy to be their spokesman. Once he switched to Sprint, he got real gay and lispy. In one Sprint commercial he was out Christmas shopping with his boyfriend.
There are no angels in the big corporate world. They’ll all bow to the gays because they face no social/political blowback if they do, but the mob will make their lives a living hell if they don’t or even do but insufficiently.
Whatever is best for you.
Got a free Android phone that does everything I need.
That’s the one!
Thanks. We will.
Checked out Consumer Cellular. It looks like a LOT cheaper and a LOT better coverage than my ATT. They apparently utilize both ATT and T-mobile cell towers. I just talked to them and asked them if they had plans to someday use Verizon towers too but they couldn’t say. I’m leaning toward switching.
Thanks for the tip.
Yep.
We dumped dumped our landline when Verizon sold out to evil Frontier. Went back to AT&T with their house wireless. It's 1/3rd the price of Verizon/Frontier and service is fine. Using cheap Virgin for the pared down to one cell phone. Just don't see the need for all the bells and whistles and expensive plans.
Consumer Cellular
Less than $50 a month for 2 phones, and I use WiFi nearly everywhere so I don’t bother with data, but it would not be that much more
Wow! My son said the same thing about Sprint when he had it over 10 years ago.
“The Big corporations have swallowed PC hook line and sinker. There is a company running 3-4 different commercials now with all mixed race couples, as if that were the norm. Odd.”
The big corporations became used to the big state and federal government shakedowns under the Clinton and Obama administrations. They are currying favor with the Democrat party and social activist organizations in order to avoid being targets the next time Democrats hold the White House. They know they will not be punished by the government under a Republican administration but when Democrats are back in charge the full weight of the Justice Department, IRS, FBI, EPA, ATF, and other agencies will be used against them if they aren’t supporting the progressive agenda. That’s why they give to leftist causes and support the social agenda. It is a protection racket that will only get worse.
It's a corrupt government used for political purposes, very frightening.
I had a feeling that he was. Thanks for confirming it. I can't stand watching his commercials...thank God for DVR's.
Yeah, if I decided to not use any businesses whose politics I disagree with, I’d have to live like the Unabomber.
Fine by me. Better that than a white "single mom" any day.
I FINALLY got a cell phone this past April. A friend recommended CC and I’ve been hooked since. Absolutely zero problems. They use AT&T towers so the coverage is very good. My bill (I have the stripped down $20/month plan w/ no texting or data) comes to about $33 and change per month which is what I was paying AT&T for my landline. With CC, no contract, one fixed price, talk as much as I want, a great deal.
People ask me why I waited so long to get a cell phone. My answer was I was waiting for cell phone charges to equal my landline charges. Thanks to CC, I’m there.
