Let the free market decide.
If a business discriminates against say, conservatives, then maybe enough conservatives will stay away and revenues will fall and they’ll either change their policy or go out of business.
The government should not intervene.
The staff will blame her when the restaurant goes out of business.
Likely not a person in the restaurant knew from where the “86” term came. UCMJ Article 86 is AWOL...but has commonly been used as a term to send away.
Does anyone know what happened at the physical restaurant after they were open last night 17:00 Eastern time?
I know they have been HAMMERED on FB and Yelp and their phone number was knocked down.
So, a sign in front saying “We reserve the right to humiliate you in front of your family if we don’t like your political views” should cover the case, because it is, after all, perfectly accurate. There are people not quite as nice as the Huckabees who may end up waiting for the staff in the parking lot with a tire iron in hand afterward if they do, of course.
Hardly anyone will associate “86” with Maxwell Smart either.
Well then she put herself out of business collectively!
1) Snowflakes start this by calling the owner that they think a certain someone is in the house. Granted they are snowflakes but this is what they are trained to do by the boss.
2) Boss say I will be right down there to verify because she understands that snowflakes are stupid
3) Boss verifies and removes the certain someone.
4) Recap. it was a vote.
Sounds more like communism to me.
Trying to make it their fault so she doesn’t have to pay an unemployment claim?
But isnt that a key piece of what the gay wedding cake lawsuit was about? The liberal view there was that the baker must bake that wedding cake, regardless of his feelings about homosexual marriage.
Nobody asked the staff at red hen to sing the National Anthem or God Bless America so I fail to see the comparison.
Was the illegal dish washer from Honduras get to vote? I’m just sayin’.
Meaningless gesture. The Left doesn’t believe in “voting” unless it achieves its predetermined (by the tyrant) outcome.
A real owner would tell them that any rudeness and they would be fired on the spot.

I have seen it in several places on the internet that they didn't open at all yesterday. Don't know if that's true, but that's what I did read ...
Raise your right hand if you want to ban black conservatives like Ben Carson from restaurants?
And this skank thinks she can dodge the blame by throwing her employees under the train???
She's not just a bully; she's also a coward.
They prepared this fine kettle of fish, now they must eat it. The owner has the right to run the business as stupidly as she likes. It’s no way to treat customers who have done nothing but choose to dine at your restaurant. Most decent Americans on either side of the political aisle will/should be disgusted by this.
Washington DC itself, apparently. That’s what the owner of the Red Hen DC posted in his twitter defense separating his restaurant from the one in Lexington.
