The Rapture is an event many Christians believe marks the return of the son of God and all the believers will disappear from Earth up to Heaven in the "twinkling of an eye".
But this happens after a tribulation period seven years that are first of peace and unity around the world and then three and a half years of war and global pandemics.
And Steve Fletcher, who monitors events that could signal the end of mankind, believes the Rapture starts today.
He said: Time is up and all hell breaks loose after June 21, 2018.
He explained a number of factors had allowed him to pinpoint the end of times which coincides with Summer Solstice, the ending of spring and the starting of summer.
Writing on his website, he said: Many people have had dreams and visions that the rapture will occur shortly after the death of Billy Graham [a prominent evangelical Christian figure].
Billy Graham passed away this year on the same day as Moses, February 21.
That's exactly four months or 120 days before June 21.
That ties in with the 120 Jubilees since creation, and 120 years being the age that Moses was when he died. Very significant number, that 120.
It's a multiple of 12 we have the 12 disciples, the 12 stars of Revelation 12.
He also said other significant June 21 calculations include:
- From the August 21, 2017 solar eclipse 10 months.
- From Chuck Mistler's [another prominent evangelical Christian] death 1 month 20 days.
- From Stephen Hawking's death 99 days.
- From Royal Wedding 33 days. Prince Harry is 33. Jesus was 33 at His resurrection.
- From Christopher Hitchens [prominent atheist] death 6 years, 6 months, and 6 days.
- On June 21-22 there is a conjunction between Jupiter (represents Jesus) and the Moon (represents the bride/church) in the Libra constellation (represents the judgment seat of Christ).
- The movie Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom premieres June 22, 2018. In the Rapture when we go up to Heaven, the devil and his angels are cast down to Earth (Revelation 12).
Coincidence? I think not. Mr Fletcher continued.
The odds are of all of these events occurring on the same day by chance goes off the chart of probability. Thus, I believe that True Pentecost and the Rapture is on (or around) the adjusted Torah Calendar date of Thursday June 21-22, 2018 on the sixth day of the fourth month.
And it seems plenty of people agree.
Typing Rapture: June 21, 2018 into Youtube brings up 87,000 results, with videos explaining the impending apocalypse. Some have been viewed millions of times.
Responding to one video online, a Youtube use wrote: Every date you've set has been false so now we supposed to take u seriously. How bout just stop setting dates bro (sic).
Another said: It seems like Steve changes rapture dates every day??
But another responded I'm counting on it I'm EXPECTING IT. IT'S TIME FOR ME TO GO!!!
Of course the warning about the upcoming rapture is the latest prophecy about the arrival of the apocalypse.
The predictions conflict other end of the world forecasts, including that of serial end of the world predictor David Meade who said April 23 would mark the apocalypse.
He said a mythological planetary system known as Planet X or Nibiru would appear in the sky on April 23.
He claimed it would then pass the Earth in October, causing the start of the Rapture with huge volcanoes and volcanic eruptions due to its gravitational force.
And not everyone is convinced with this latest theory.
Last year, Meade also said the end was imminent. But the dates came and went.
These [predictions] are not consistent with the biblical stories, argued author Jonathan Sarfati of Creation Ministries International, referring to Meade.
Everything Meade said about April 23 he said last year.
At some point we have to stop believing people who keep crying wolf.
I wish people would stop saying these things and stop scaring people.
Sarfati says that such doomsday predictions reflect little understanding of astronomy and theology.
He said that the movement of the planets, which Meade cited, occurs every few years and the Earth continues to exist.
Thats not to debunk the belief and biblical teachings about an end and Judgment Day, experts say.
While people of different faiths believe that there will be some religious end to life on Earth, they disagree about how it will happen.
Scientists have several theories about when Earth will be destroyed, although none of the data points to this Monday.
The most widely accepted theory is that the Sun, which is already gradually increasing in temperature, will expand and swallow up the planet. Some scientists believe this could happen as soon as 7.6billion years time.
OK how do they know the day Moses died?
Good. Please sign your Property and Bank Accounts over to
someone who disagrees, before today is done.
LOL!
He could tell you but he took an earlier flight.
They read the obit in the Egyptian press?.................
If all of you neo-Millerites are headed for the mountain but haven’t yet bought your rapture robes, let me know and send a money order immediately ($30.00). I have a supply and can send you one by tomorrow.
</sarcasm>
It also affects animal behavior. Birds have a more sudden than usual need to poop, and it’s right over your car.
Dont buy any green bananas..................
Now, you tell me. Just got home with a bunch of green bananas. Of course, at my age, 71, I shouldnt buy green bananas anyway...!
[supermarkets cleaned out, gas stations empty]
That will absolutely be true.
And there will be riots, at least in the inner city or urban areas, for sure. You can count on that.
I’m sure the global chaos will lead to martial law virtually everywhere.
Now, if only a “world leader” could come on the scene, suddenly rising to prominence, to try and calm things down. Perhaps a smooth-talking politician; someone almost “messiah-like”.....
And once again the date setters are wrong
No, it doesn’t.
Will hiding under my desk help?
The Indian rain dances always worked ... they simply kept dancing until it rained. Then they'd turn to the doubters and say, "See?"
Good grief! Not again!
This is one of the reasons why Christians have lost a lot of respect.
My policy is that if someone predicts a day, I am sure that it will NOT happen on that day.
Well, hurry up. Its getting hot outside.
The most interesting thing about today is that:
1) 12/21/17 - Winter Solstice - Trump EO
2) 6/21/17 - Summer Solstice - Trump __
Pretty much agree....
What I’m hearing is that I should spend our upcoming house payment tonight...on wine, women and song.
