I think “undiscovered stars” are the unnamed agents in the IG Report - which showed there were other actors in the scheme than those already known, but didn’t identify them.
I think the “heat from the morning sun” is a reference to the start of the hearings today (Senate today, House tomorrow).
As for the full moon...all I know is there always weird stuff happening around full moons. People seem to go bonkers more at that time than at others.
