I have worked in scifs and they are very special. Typically they have a combination lock on the door with Security being notified whenever the door is locked or unlocked. Very few people are given this combination and are authorized to do the opening and closing. Plus there is a keypad that you must use to gain entry once the scif is opened.

The FBI has 35,000 employees that they admit to, almost 9 billion dollars per year they deign to let us know about. It’s probably more, maybe a lot more. Can’t see anything major happening to change the FBI culture at this point.
Fed agency employees gave to Clinton’s campaign by 90% if I recall, don’t see why the FBI would be any different. This isn’t turning around. Just imagine the number of high functioning sociopaths who make their way to Washington for career choices in the various alphabet and swamp societies.
